Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are guaranteed rights for all our customers and apply to all products available on our store.
All products listed on our store are eligible for return or exchange according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return period: within 3 days from the date of purchase.
Exchange period: within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Kindly provide a photo of the product along with your city, address, and order number. The product will be replaced if it is defective, damaged, or not as described.
A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website.
We are not responsible for any expectations of product use that are not mentioned on the product page.
A deduction of 30% (or a minimum of 25 MAD) will be applied if the customer chooses to return the product without any defect or issue.
